The Most Versatile Blogger Templates

What most people don't know are the powerful, yet easy to use, editing capabilities that Blogger templates provide for blog customizations.

Don't tell me that the Blogger templates are boring, because you just don't have a clue what can be done with them. Reminds me of a line from the movie Deja Vu; "If you think you know what's coming, you don't have a clue."

One of the most powerful and versatile Blogger templates is designed by Darren Delaye.

Designer: Darren Delaye

Darren's original template design has been modified by Google and/or Darren, where he works at Google as a User Interface Designer, over the past couple of years to include new features from Blogger. For example, without the need to know any HTML, a person can add a custom graphic to their template with simply using the layout control panel to upload a custom image, or add the picture from an online address location, and add it to the header area with the header and description text in front of, or instead of the header and description text. Additionally, all the colors, font sizes including: headers and descriptions; and even the font styles can be adjusted to your liking, plus the link colors are fully customizable with just a simple click of the mouse from the layout control panel.

Now, with just knowing a few simple HTML commands and CSS layout design rules, a person can quickly customize the template to different size widths and even add other images to produce rounded corners or different page and division background images. Learn CSS by examples and tutorials. Learn basic simple HTML also.

Additionally, JavaScripts can be added to the template to do a plethora of cool things that are only limited by your imagination. You don't even have to know JavaSript programing language to be able to add free JavaScripts available from hundreds of websites along with instructions on how to install the scripts.

Next, it's worth noting that adding a menu system to your blog is not that difficult either. There are some great menus already designed for CSS, DHTML, and JavaSript.
